Nice enough food (not brilliant) The kitchen were obviously struggling to cope. We had to wait an hour for our mains. Waitress forgot our water twice. It’s hardly a big restaurant so I’m not sure what the issue was. I’m not sure we’d go back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

An outstanding seafood restaurant. We made a mistake with the time of our booking and were late. The waitress was very accommodating. The frost was fantastic and the mussels were the best we have had in years. First class. I informed the restaurant in advance of my son's gluten and dairy restrictions. Upon arrival, they had already identified which dishes he could safely consume, making it much easier than having to ask numerous questions. The main adult menu had plenty of gluten-free options and some dishes were marked as able to be adapted. When I mentioned the importance of cross-contamination, the waitress assured me that the chef would take extra precautions. The staff seemed knowledgeable and the food was delicious, with outstanding service. Overall, it was a lovely spot for fresh seafood!

I absolutely loved this place .. fabulous setting a lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious .. my only feedback is my husband had the plaice dish off the specials board, which came with potatoes , which he said was absolutely amazing, but it was missing some veg .. maybe seasonal veg or broccoli and carrot apart from that the place is amazing and was well worth the wait to book in (approx 8 weeks) the service was fantastic too and I would recommend a visit if you're stopping in the surrounding area of saundersfoot .. I have the monkfish stew, and it was absolutely perfect I honestly can't fault mine at all .. I can't wait for our next visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife has asthma, and on a day where it was affecting her breathing more than others she chose to sit on one of the bench’s outside the restaurant for a 2 minute break on our walk back to our hotel. Someone came out and asked us if we had a booking which we didn’t and very rudely snapped you can’t sit there this is private property! He didn’t give us a chance to explain why we had stopped or that we were just about to move off again anyway! Not a good advert for the restaurant! Update: someone from the restaurant replied to my review saying I was basically lying because the member of staff who came out to us had a different story. Well of course he would!
