The Tabernacle is a strange place. I had heard of it when I moved nearby, but it wasn't until a couple of years ago, I discovered it for myself. Completed... Ver carta

But its hard to work out if this is a pub, restaurant or some sort of music-related Caribbean cultural centre. Wouldn't have classed it as a proper restaurant. Standard wooden tables and have to order from the bar! STILL worth the experience!

Amazing jerk chicken and wings !! Best I’ve ever had in the heart of Notting hill .. better than the other local establishments … will definitely be revisiting here in a hurry … walked past here 100 times before but didn’t realise they done food .. it’s a must try little gem of a place

The Tabernacle are now doing amazing breakfast and brunches daily! The menu is varied and exciting and caters for vegetarians. I aim to try everything on the menu for breakfast and brunch as they all have something to offer! Friendly staff and great place to hang out whether inside or outside! Ver carta

It’s been a while since we were here to eat, but upon our return we were really happy to find new items on the menu. The food was exceptional, service prompt, staff very polite and the atmosphere was very communal and family oriented. Everyone was friendly and it made the meal so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended nugget set in London’s Ladbroke Grove.

I found this place only because my daughter has her ballet lesson there on Tuesday evening. The LIVE music is just magical, food price wise, portion wise, service wise and traditional like home cooked is just FAB FAB FAB, I love my Tuesday evening jazz session and simple chat with local people. Every one is happy there and place has phenomenal energy. Bringing friend there and organising networking events, this place is just a GEM! Sincerely Ewa

Both staff and clients were very friendly and helpful. The actual building blew me away, art, music, friendly faces and good food all under the same roof. I visited the Tabernacle for breakfast and ordered the breakfast sandwich, which I thoroughly enjoyed. So much so that I tracked the chef down and heaped praises on him. You must try it it has perfectly ripe avocoda and perfectly cooked poached eggs, and lots more. Felt like a lunch dish rather than a breakfast set me up for the whole day. The food is just one small part of the Tabernacle there's loads to do from yoga to gardening and you can even get free legal advice. Get yourself down there! I highly recommend it. Ver carta
