The food and staff were really lovely, our server Icaro had some great recommendations and was very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to go back again to we can try the Feijoada

Jackson the owner is so understanding. I can't tell you how grateful we are for his services for our family get together. Nothing was too much trouble and very reasonably priced as well. We've vowed to bring the entire family back each year to celebrate it was that good.

The Tapestry in Mortlake is a wonderful place. I was there with my daughter on mother‘s day and we were both offered a prosecco. The food was great and such friendly staff. We will definitely go again, as we felt so welcomed and we enjoyed the food so much. Thank you for creating such a welcoming space.

We had a lovely time at the Tapestry, delicious food, friendly staff, nice wine, outstanding desserts. Our one minor gripe was that the waitress unfortunately slightly mixed up our order, we didn't want to complain though, especially as what they brought instead was probably more tasty. Would (and will) recommend.

We went for mothers day lunch and found that they had a very limited set menu, a mothers day special. The choice was limited and no price details. The quality of the food was okay but for two main courses and two drinks the total bill came to £80 which I think is very high for a roast dinner and a sea bass! Not likely to return

The Tapestry just opposite Mortlake Green, easy to park after 630pm, very friendly and welcoming staff, immediately liked it and knew we were in for a treat on reading the very varied menu. Beautiful choise of main meals, however, we had come for Tapas and good quality well prepared and served Tapas we had. Very child friendly and an ideal place to let your hair down and relax. Highly recomend you give it a try, we are so glad we did. Looking forward to seeing you again soon, thanks for a great evening.

Booked to take "MUM "and our children for Mothers Day lunch and was not disappointed. I was looking forward to tapas but given the special occasion a set menu was in order which had a great variety and the food was very good indeed for children and adults. Staff were very friendly but not overly so. Unfortunately the service went a bit wayward when the place got busy but there were some particular demanding people around us that were quite frankly rude and disruptive to the staff. Wine list is a bit limited but it covered all the bases and was very well priced. All in all one of the better special occasion lunches we 've had and was a great improvement over other more expensive establishment...

After going to the river pubs for years, the Tapestry is a secret find for us, a few steps away from the Thames, just at the end of Ship lane in Mortlake. It’s the kind of pub that you drive past for years, and visit once and can’t believe you haven’t been going to all along. Despite being unassuming from the outside, it hides a wonderful garden with brilliant tapas, good wine, great cocktails and incredible puddings. I had to wait until my second visit before writing a review just to make sure that my first visit wasn 't a fluke. I 'm pleased to say that my second visit was as good as the first and in some respects even better. This time I selected different Tapas dishes and I have to say that they were as delicious as on my previous visit. The portions are generous and the presentation is appealing, I love the wooden paddles and individual frying pans that they are served in. The staff are extremely accommodating and focused on making your dining experience a memorable one.
