"The owner Chris is simply amazing. I had arrived in Pontyclun via train from London and was late to a meeting at the Wales Football Association. I walked into Thirsty Elephant Coffee, to use the wifi and hopefully get an Uber lift to my destination. Despite a full house of customers, Chris approaches me and asks if everything is OK. I mentioned to him my dilemma as it seemed no Uber vehicles closeby. Without hesitation, he informs his staff he will be back in 15 min and says to me let 's go, I will give you a lift to the Wales FA. A true savior, especially with mid-day rush at his shop. Says alot about him as a business owner and human being. Class act !"
