"Just order the chips. We ordered the sharing board with lamb riblets, buttermilk chicken, shredded pork shoulder, etc. The lamb riblets were shredded not what I was expecting, but fine, though if you’re going to shred the ribs get rid of the bones please. The chicken strips were tasteless and pale. The sausage roll looked and tasted as if it was from a few days back was so so so dry so I didn’t actually mind the tiny portion on this so called sharing board. The bread was also stale it wasn’t toasted but was dry enough and crunchy enough to make you think it just hit the toaster. Slaw and pork were decent. We also ordered the apple, roasted plum, almond and watercress salad for £6.50. We got a roasted plum and rocket salad nowhere near the £6.50 price tag. I told the waiter who then told me that he had no time to update the app (not my fault) but given they had printed menus, a simple solution would be to cross it out or simply tell people after they ordered that they don’t have the ingredients available. In telling the waiter to understand my disappointment and that it was nowhere near the £6.50 tag, I was told I’d get a refund. I’m still waiting for my refund and given I paid on the app, I doubt you were actually going to give it to me. Overall poor experience. I do live two minutes away should you wish to give me my refund."

The pub itself is really nice but it's very pricey do not somewhere od eat often. £16 for a plant burger fries. Staff were friendly

Amazing dog friendly pub!We definitely will come back. Staff is very nice and food is high quality. They had a limited menu that day but even with that chef Krisz did a great job, food was delicious. Waiter Aga gave us incredible service and helped with the menu. Thank you for this experience!

Lovely venue and staff are nice, but the food is honestly some of the worst I’ve eaten at a pub. I’ve raised it before and was offered a bottle of wine, I’ve tried again, and with the exception of one pie, everything else has been borderline inedible. Really disappointing given the nice setting (and the prices! .

Food was plentiful and tasted fine. Nothing special However, was massively let down as you can't set up tabs outside, even when you do it through the app? What's the point in investing in the app if the pub doesn't allow you to use the features? Also, young gentleman behind the bar was very rude and dismissive when I explained the app holds a payment card so there is no worry about walk outs. Ver carta

Very poor Sunday roast experience the Yorkshire pudding was cold and the fat on the pork roast was served soft (instead of cooked like crackling so it was a chunk of soft white fat). When raised with the manager they said that was how it was cooked there. We also didn’t get apple sauce and when we asked for some, the sauce had an entire slice of apple in it that wasn’t blended again when we pointed this out we got a laugh…wouldn’t go back for a roast!

Actually deserve -0. I have passed this place many times and it always looks busy n buzzing and thought to give it a go. Well today, what a disappointment. Booked a table for 2 n we turned up and waited for a bit, nobody to be seen, so I walked into the pub itself and asked and the lady behind the bar said yes, and to help myself, pick a place in the shade or sun. We did and sat there for 20 mins, nobody to be seen, so I went to the bar to get a drink. Asked about the menu and one guy just said yes it's here n this is what we don't have.
