"Went here with friends for a meal and a drink. I ordered a bottle of red wine. Firstly, the staff didn't seem to be capable of opening it. They handed the bottle around from one to another and tried to open it with the bottle sitting on the shelf thereby not positioning it properly to apply the right pressure to remove the cork from the bottle. This performance went on for quite some time. Then I asked them for the bottle to open it myself because I previously worked in the hospitality trade as a waiter for many years. They didn't give me the bottle but they went into the kitchen and resumed trying to open it but to no avail. When I asked the manager why there was such difficulty in performing such a simple task she was indifferent to my enquiry. In desperation I then asked for a refund which they gave me but we had to eat our meal without the pleasure of the bottle of wine. This was very poor service from the point of view of the indifferent attitude towards me as a customer and the inability of the staff to successfully remove the cork from the bottle of wine. Additionally when my friend went up to the staff to see if he could help they rudely told him to go away."

The meal was excellent and the service was fast. Jess was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. Both Jess and Charlie were very courteous and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

Food is beautiful as always, had my first beef burger which I’m quite particular how I like them cooked provided the staff with the request and must say it come out perfect and my curly fries were lovely and crispy Love the food here an good value for money Ver carta

Great food, couldn’t fault the service of our waitress, Ruby, was attentive and very friendly. The food was hot, quick and went down a treat. The waitress on shift and Chef personally went out of their way to both deliver the food to our tables and check on us. The bartender, Shania, was however extremely rude and abrupt. 30 minutes waiting for drinks and when I asked for their eta, I was shouted at for not ordering on the app correctly. Having dined out lots this summer holidays, I was really impressed at how nice this place was, and in comparison to the many other places I have visited that are similar establishments to this, this was my favourite. Therefore it is worthy of a review. Having not been here before, I booked a table for 9. When I arrived, the table was already clearly labelled and reserved. This was a great start. I was then served by Shania who was polite, welcoming, and patient whilst we all did our separate orders.
