I suggest not eating beforehand when dining at this restaurant, as even the desserts are delicious and generously portioned. I will definitely be returning.

The staff were charming and the food was delicious. We visited on Friday and wanted to come back on Saturday, but unfortunately they did not accept walk-ins on that day.

Very busy at lunchtime, noticed some people had a bit of a wait for their orders. We only had a bowl of soup and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit here. Ver carta

Great variety of food choices from traditional pub grub to sizzling fajitas to a decent choice of burgers. Salt n pepper haddock is my favourite so far...working gradually through the menu Relaxed area where you can take your dog. Very friendly staff.

We came to the Waggon for the second time. My husband really enjoyed his meal, but I wasn't too impressed with mine. Maybe I should have ordered something different. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to others. Ver carta

During our journey back to Dundee, we stopped at The Kelso and remembered The Wagon Inn. It was a great choice with a wide selection of food on the menu and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We will definitely return the next time we visit Kelso.

We were fortunate to secure a table on a Saturday and we were glad we did. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the locally caught Haggis balls in peppercorn sauce, as well as the sweet potato skins with garlic mayo. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her calamari. The coffee was also outstanding and was made exactly to my liking. I am particular about my double espresso! All the dishes around us looked delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The portion size at this restaurant is huge! I ordered a dish of deep-fried squid with coleslaw, salad, peas, and chips. The breadcrumbs were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the fish was incredibly juicy. I was also impressed by the Haggis balls, which were deep-fried with crispy batter but incredibly delicious. They offer a variety of burgers that will satisfy all taste buds and appetites. I highly recommend this place, especially for families with children, as the prices are very reasonable. Ver carta
