Recomendation from my family, Mega and Mini mixed grill, great food, meat sweats anyone lol plate of good cooked meat and side plate of all the extras

Just had our Good Friday fish and chips, they were absolutely fantastic! Lovely fresh fish and ‘proper’ chips. Will defo be having the fish from here again.

We both had gammon, well I couldn't believe the size of it ,we both had to ask for a doggy bag to take home.every thing was nicely cooked, value for money. Would definitely go back. Ver carta

Absolutely brilliant!! Fantastic food at fantastic prices. Propper pub grub, massive portions, we have visited on several occasions and it's always great!! We will be returning again soon!

Delicious meal this afternoon with my Son and grandchildren,food was hot and well served wide variety of meat and vegetables, a very good price and the syrup sponge and custard I had for dessert was absolutely superb....we will be back

Went for Sunday lunch and one of the few places Where there is an alternative to a carvery on a Sunday! I had pie and chips and it was absolutely delicious! My kids, 6 and 4 could have shared a meal there was so much ! Will definitely be back. Ver carta

Omg the food was fantastic portions were massive and the salad compered to other garnish was unbelievable it puts other places to shame couldn't recommend it any higher they definitely put customers first absolutely a little gem a pat on the back they should be proud x

A very traditional and unassuming pub from the outside. On entering the staff were very attentive but most importantly the food was lovely and the portion size was tremendous! We had the gammon, steaks etc and each plate was served with pride. The food was definitely home cooked, the chips and onion rings were lovely! Highly recommend a visit.

Huge portions, very reasonable prices and the home made chips are amazing. Would definitely return. We arrived Sunday afternoon having booked for 5pm. We’d hoped to have the carvery, but as they were at the end of carvery serving, meat choices were limited so ordered from the menu. Food was amazing. See pictures.
