Great food, went for the bottomless brunch and just annoyed we hadn't done it before! Great service, they didn't skimp out on us and made sure there drinks were full!

We have been here on more occasions than I can count and we simply love it. Fantastic food and great service. The OT deal just gives it another reason to make the trek. If you haven't been here then you simply must!

This restaurant is a great spot to gather with friends during the week. We also took advantage of a special dining deal. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere.

This charming pub is a hidden gem in the bustling city. The appetizers of black pudding and smoked trout were delicious, as were the main courses of liver and lamb shoulder. The Rhubarb crumble dessert could have used more crumble, but overall, there was not much to complain about.

The food was delicious and the deal was good. However, the wine selection was more expensive than anticipated for a pub. The portions were generous and flavorful, but the atmosphere in the pub was too noisy. I had expected it to be more spacious based on the pictures, so we felt a bit cramped. Overall, I would just stop in for a quick bite to eat.

Pleasantly surprised with this gastropub. Wonderful service and excellent seafood. Had oysters and prawns to start. Mussels and spider crab risotto for main. Prices very reasonable. Great wine. Looking forward to visiting again Only negative is the downstairs area (which I think is just for drinks) is awful, definitely don't sit down there. Looks like an appointment waiting area.

We had a delicious meal on Saturday March the scallops special starter were amazing and the hake was cooked well. The sides were also great especially the leaks with bacon and the bacon mac n cheese. Delicious sticky pudding with ice cream for desert too. Our waiter was friendly and informative and the meal was brilliant value with the off food OpenTable deal. Would definitely like to come again, thanks!

Who put the Well in.... Perfect end to a Sunday afternoon stroll around Clerkenwell. Spoiled for choice when it comes to eateries I ignored the siren call of Exmouth Market in favour of something less obvious. Arriving at a time when a late lunch is still not yet dinner we were shown to our window table in a welcoming manner. We decided to share a mix of starters so between we had placings of bread and oil, the trout terrine and devilled whitebait. Suffice it to say this was a mistake as the Sunday roasts were excellently cooked and huge portions. We enjoyed ourselves at The Well on an early Sunday evening. The waitress for some reason couldn't identify my Opentable reservation in their system, but once I showed her my confirmation email, she was absolutely fine about accepting it and granted us the offer. The staff were friendly and were very flexible as we were a group of three which suddenly grew to a group of five and it was no problem immediately moving us to a larger table. The wine options were good and I enjoyed a nice glass of red and my friends found the various white wines and rose very palatable.
