Food is sensational! Best fillet steak ever! Beautiful dishes and so delicious!

The restaurant was quiet when we ate, which meant it lacked atmosphere, but the food and service were both very good. I would recommend it and will visit again.

Food was very good but portions very small was more like sitting in a cafe than a cosy restaurant only 4 people in total on a Saturday night not supricing with the pricing for the portion sizes

The food was delicious, but the portions were disappointingly small. The atmosphere felt more like a cafe than a cozy restaurant. It was surprising to see only a few people there on a Saturday night, but it's understandable given the high prices for such small portion sizes.

We were celebrating my husband's 59th birthday and our 21st wedding anniversary. I am so glad I chose the Wharfhouse, which I had been meaning to try for some time, as my husband was bowled over. He thought it was the best steak he had ever eaten and one of the very best meals ever. He is so hard to please when dining out that I was thrilled and we will definitely return. Ver carta

So expensive!! £55 for two courses 3 drinks. Needed to ask for the music to be put on to create some kind of atmosphere. We were the only diners. Our pork loin was served very pink. Which is permissible now but one of our diners had to leave it as she felt uncomfortable eating it or ruining the groups experience by sending it back to be cooked more. We were there an hour before we ate anything.

I got my friend there for a birthday contract. the man at the reception was not very friendly. looks like he didn't want to be there. I wanted to take a place in the reception area and bring us drinks menu. we ordered two tees. they came to our small table in the reception area without teaspoon or sugar just a little milkpot. we then became the main menu we didn't want as we wanted the afternoon menu. He brought this and we said we wanted the afternoon. then he told us we have to book this in advance! I was not given the opportunity to book any meal online. we died to order only scene. they were taken to the table at the reception to ask us if we could sit in the main restaurant, what they s...

We ordered two teas. They came to our little table in the reception area with no teaspoons or sugar just a little pot of milk. We were then brought the main menu which we didn’t want as we wanted the afternoon tea menu. He brought this and we said we wanted the afternoon tea. He then told us we had to book that in advance!
