"the burgers were very good, but what caffe does not serve hot drinks?! the seats (seated seats and stools) were very unpleasant. the restaurant was quite cold and surprising, so was the recipe we got from the personal. it could be so much better. with some decent sitting places, a bit warm round and maybe a smile because eating was very delicious."

"Maitra D appeared indifferent and uninterested in our reservation at an open table, placing our party of 5 at the back of the restaurant without much consideration. Despite our desire to move to a better table, he was not accommodating. We settled for the less favorable seating due to hunger. Our waiter, on the other hand, provided better service, which improved our overall experience. The food was good and served hot, although the service was a bit slow, possibly due to understaffing. The kitchen staff, whom we were seated near, were unprofessional and speaking loudly about personal matters. This branch did not live up to my previous experiences with Zizzi, and I would not return. It even slightly marred our break. If I had known, I would have chosen to dine at the Portsmouth location instead."

"I have often been discussing myself with my man at carluccios a few years ago and was thrilled to go back as a widow with a friend. we had booked but when entering the restaurant and not welcome. a girl came forward and dared her hand and said it was everywhere you want. we have and waited, at last I stood up and asked for the girl for a menu. then waited for one of the girls to finish their chatter and make an order. the goat cheese salad I had ordered was cold boiled goat cheese! not very edible on a huge boiled cold barley. I must admit that the waitress has quickly agreed to change it for something else. I've been getting cold while she was waiting for me to join her. a large plate of parmisan crumbling hem came with the miniscule salat and 4 unhappy tasteless tomato. carluccios was our 'go to' restuarant but this experience has sadly crossed them from our lists. that's why I'm not wondering."

"We love it. They have good vegetarian pasta dishes too and that makes the whole feeling more enjoyable. The staff are always naturally friendly without being pushy. It would be better if every table had a pepper mill so that you don 't have to wait for the waiter to finish the grinding process which is tedious if a customer is a pepperholic but that is the only criticism. Thank you for being there, 'Ask '."

"Went here after rugby at Chichester RFC, the excellent staff had sorted us out a large table, thanks. Very clean and tidy place. We had fixed menu option B, really good food, great value and a lot of it. Wine was good, beer was OK. We all liked it, will be back again"
