Half a patty on a children's burger meal? Never seen that before. Adult cheeseburger had to go back as came as a children's. It then came back as half patties in the bun. Mind blowing.

Nice friendly atmosphere had a few drinks and some food ….food was nice although only had Nachos and chips but was really nice …was starting to get busy when we left but atmosphere was still nice

I've been coming to this pub for years. Lovely ambience, nice staff, good selection of draft lagers. But the Gents toilet is always a complete disaster. The floor is always wet and it stinks. Why don't they kept it clean so it fits the lovely...pub below? Disgusting. Ver carta

I had hours to kill at Heathrow so decided to get away from the airport. Got off tube at Hammersmith and had a browse around. Came into this lovely friendly pub. Halloumi fries and a Sav blanc so much better value than at the...airport. Thank you team Swan I really enjoyed and will recommend.

Booked several days ago for lunch , spent ages queueing at the bar to order drinks and food two females serving (very slowly) Ordered food toad in hole pie and mash , arrived after about minutes Luke warm with cold veg...? The portion of mash with the pie was just a spoonful , Very very disappointed

My friend and I stopped in for a late lunch yesterday and we has a fantastic experience. The Christmas atmosphere was charming! We both ordered the chicken schnitzel and it was really delicious and a great price for London. Thomas behind the bar was friendly...and gracious and added to our experience! Hard to believe that such a grand building is a pub. Really big and beautifully decorated historic building. I love places like that. Fantastic people working there. I came for a meal, I was sat on a very nice table in a quiet corner, I...had lovely team looking after me all evening. They knew exactly what the best is to order Decent selection of beers and crazy number of gins to choose from.

The swan really bad went Friday afternoon to meet a friend had some drinks my daughter who is met us after college . The disgusting rude doorman came after my daughter accused her of drinking , she hadn’t even sat down . Asked to...speak to a manager he was hiding somewhere didn’t even show his face . Also the toilets are disgusting no toilet roll and stink . Definitely will never go back again

We decided to stop over at this lovely traditional looking pub before we had to catch our coach home. My friend and I needed something to eat before our journey. It is lovely inside, but our experience with the food was dreadful. There wasn’t really...a great deal on the menu that we fancied, so we both ordered the Nachos. They came out cold, stale, and with no cheese. The pulled pork that was meant to be on mine, literally a few flakes), taste surprisingly like tuna. Even that was cold! I think that if I had more time, I definitely would have requested a refund. Ver carta
