I was having a very irritating technical issue with my booking, and I was given brilliant and patient help while we sorted the whole issue out. They never seemed annoyed to help, always happy to lend a hand. Utterly wonderful, should I be in Llanbradach again I'll be calling this hotel first."

We decided to stop in for a late Sunday lunch, not knowing where we could find one at nearly four o'clock. The beef dinner we had was absolutely incredible, even better than what we were expecting.
