I can't praise this restaurant enough! The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly hospitable. I highly recommend it!

First visit since the new management and renovation. Food was exceptional and a great drinks choice. Very good quality and reasonable price with good portion size. Will definitely be returning.

I hosted my baby shower at this venue, and it was incredible. The food was delicious, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a stress-free dining and drinking experience. The view is also unbeatable!

We called in today for lunch after hearing good reports . The staff were friendly and welcoming and the choice of food was a very good change from usual pub grub . Beautiful gastro pub. Well decorated for a warm country pub feel. Very pleasant and welcoming staff and good drunk selection. A Tuesday night but still almost full house gives a fab 1st impression. Star of the show in a gastro pub of course the food. Well priced for the superb quality. Award winning steak and cheese pie was fantastic. Top marks all round. We will be back.

16 of us visited last night for some employees drinks and eating. the venue is breathtaking. the drinks and dug are amazing and the personal is just the best notch. I returned deffo, we were made to feel so welcome, especially by the management team and even managed to sort an interior for us if it is a bit too cold outside for all of us. I think I found my new home. thank you for everything xx

We also ordered some drinks and waited almost 20 minutes before I had to remind the manager about our order. When I inquired again, the manager explained that their system requires drinks to be left at the end of the bar for students to deliver, which seemed inefficient. Despite the manager being very apologetic and providing a discount on our bill, the overall experience was disappointing and made for a frustrating birthday celebration. Update: Following my review, Abbey from the Woodman Arms reached out to me promptly via messenger to apologize for the earlier experience.
