"I’ve always been a fan of The Woods and I’ve always promoted restaurant to my friends and family that was until this Saturday. Wanting to take advantage of Woods new takeaway service which we do used once or twice before without issue, but this Saturday, after ordering a commodore, I was left with a broken tooth and cut mouth due to a large lump of sharp burnt material slap bang in the middle of the burger, I contacted woods on Saturday to be told no manager was available and I gave my details for somebody to call me back Sunday time. Nobody return my call I contacted them again to be told somebody had picked up my number and will be back to me as soon as possible, Monday comes and goes I email no response finally get through on Tuesday afternoon to talk to the manager, whose only excuse for not contact me as I wasn’t in. Can we get back to you know I haven’t read the email and I am insisting that they deal with my complaint as I’ve had already been waiting since Saturday. He hangs up so when we arrive at the restaurant to confront them face-to-face of which I videoed and threatened with the police because I’m threatening or harassing them because I’m trying to make a customer complaint and he doesn’t want to deal with it so he’s text the boss who tells him to just call the police. This is how they treat their customers."

We had a table for four on a busy Saturday night. Despite the crowds, our drinks and food arrived promptly and were delicious, as always.

Amazing choice in burgers and gluten free options. Not the normal choice for toppings but delicious. Would definitely come again. Really didn't need the fries.

Awful burgers, ice cold with a raw beef patty. Hugely overpriced. I'm guessing going by the other reviews the normal chef wasn't working tonight and we were just unlucky.

The restaurant's quality has declined - the chips were undercooked and the chicken was tough. On the bright side, my husband enjoyed his burger. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

The menu offers only one vegan burger, but it is delicious. There is a variety of vegan sides, such as Nachos, which are very generous in portion size. Additionally, there are a couple of vegan Milkshakes available.

Not as good as it used to be. Looks very tired, no milkshakes on order, food not as nice as usual not the best staff. We used to live going here but the food has taken a downturn. No where near as nice as it used to be. I wouldnt go again.

There aren't a lot of vegan choices, but the ones they have are quite tasty! I've had the feelin cute burger several times and it's delicious. They also offer a few vegan sides and a vegan milkshake. Given the limited vegan options in Worthing, this restaurant is a great choice for a dinner out.

There used to be only one vegan burger option, the 'Feeling Cute Lol,' but they have now added a mushroom burger to the menu. During my last visit, the mushroom burger was listed but the 'Feeling Cute' was not, however, they were still willing to make it for me. I am not sure if they are still offering both options. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.

We had an amazing evening at this restaurant. Our group of 11 was served drinks promptly and our orders were quickly taken. The staff easily accommodated our two guests with celiac disease and we all enjoyed a delicious meal. The atmosphere was fantastic and we would definitely return. I personally had a burger and chicken wings, both of which were juicy and generously portioned. I highly recommend this place.
