Tasty waffles, very sweet strawberry sauce, but I guess that's what you'd expect. No oreo `bits` in the ice cream, which was disappointing.

Very good at providing alternative foods for someone with an allergy and they were very understanding that it took so long to order the food.

Went with my lovely daughter Catherine and had a particularly nice Capaccino coffee, and some exceptional, creamy ice cream..chocolate, lemon meringue and biscotti ice cream. Would recommend!

The staff are always a delight here! I came in for a good ole gingerbread latte with cream and around 5 mins after I sat down, without even saying a thing a member of staff came over with a tub of extra cream as he felt as though he hadn’t gave me enough. It’s the small things. Made my day.

Visit for a birthday meal and was a little disappointed with the changes to the vegetarian options on the new menu. Gone was the Billy Goats Gruff option to be replaced with a mac and cheese, which was very stodgy in comparison. The Caprese option was nice and definitely looked healthier than the very beige mac and cheese waffle. Always a nice atmosphere and lovely staff, and still the best for a sweet treat, but will probably consider somewhere else if looking for something savoury and vegetarian.

This place has always been nice to go to. The staff are nice and don't rush you to go and there is a variety if food/desert options. If its your birthday and you've signed up to their mailing list you get a free birthday sundae which you can use within 1 week if your birthday so great if you want to get something but spend much. Its a little expensive but the chances of you leaving with any item and still feeling hungry is incredibly low. There is often kitchen roll on the table to clean up the mess you make and a bucket you can put on your head for fun I'll keep coming here as people keep getting me vouchers
