Never had a problem with you service before that why i gave a 5 star rating before have normaly always had good food and service but rated 3 this time because you apologize and yes maybe in the future this rating can work it's way back up to 5 star as your pricing for food is very good to. Once again thank you for your apology will hopefully pop in again with my partner and have a better experience next time."

What an amazing pub with incredible staff! Last night at midnight, the team at Yates surprised me by singing happy birthday. It was a fantastic way to kick off my birthday celebration!

The food and service were quite impressive. The atmosphere was decent, though it got a bit noisy at times given that it was a Saturday afternoon and the Manchester City game was on. very nice place inside. beautifully decorated. spacious, with different seating areas. we sat on set, separated by plastic COVID discs. each table here had a TV screen and there were many also around the place. two snooker tables. typical bar food. I had steak and ale pier with gravy, heap and chips, which was a very good size and tasty.

I visited this restaurant with my granddaughter, and although it was crowded with people watching football, we managed to find a lovely table and received prompt service. I ordered a delicious halloumi salad, while my granddaughter had the chicken burger. Both meals were fresh and incredibly tasty. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Swindon!
