"I ordered food at around 9pm, but over an hour later I called to inquire about my order and was informed that the driver had already left but it was busy. At 10:08pm, I received a text message saying my food would arrive soon. However, when I called again half an hour later, I was told that they were unsure of the status of my order. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and go to bed. At 11pm, Theo Peppes called me back to explain that the driver had mistakenly delivered my food to the wrong address, resulting in the cancellation of my order. While there was mention of a voucher and apologies from Theo, there was no follow-up call from the manager to apologize for the mistake."

I have tried many takeaways in the area, this is easily one of the very best! Fresh, authentic, huge portions, full of flavour! Clean inside, friendly staff. Food ready on time. Had the prawn dish, delicious. 100% need to try more on the menu!

We ordered online direct from their website at 7pm it still hadn’t arrived by 8:05, we rang and was told it was on it’s way, we rang back again at 8:30 and was told they’d missed the order and would have to wait another hour, 2 and a half hours for food is an absolute joke, we cancelled and asked for a refund and was told they’d send a driver with the money, shocking service, we def won’t attempt to order anything else from here again, this is a shame cause we all love Greek food and was looking forward to it.
