The atmosphere and service politeness was lovely. Decor and prices were good too. I was disappointed that they claimed to be halal but the first 3 things I ordered (first item, then the next replacement, then the next replacement) were not halal. I'm glad they were honest about it, but they should have made it clear from the start Ver carta

Had sumptous dinner here a few days ago. Mr.Iqbak the proprietor was warm, friendly and charming. He recommended delicious dishes which we enjoyed immensely. A disappointing takeaway. At £15+ a main course, both curries we ordered were extremely runny and very salty. Mains were 1x Lamb bhuna and 1x King prawn chilli masala. I have never experienced such watery curries. Our order to the value of £75 did not come with complementary popadoms which would have been a nice touch, that so many other establishments do so. The quality of the food received did not match the price tag.

Very disappointing dinner on our first night in Stratford upon Avon . Staff weren’t very welcoming . Seemed preoccupied with UBER eats rather than guests in the restaurant . Starter took over an hour to arrive and was cold so had to send back . However we were still charged ! Main was mediocre . Chicken tikka starter on no sizzle plate . No hot plate to keep food warm as in usual Indian restaurants. Hot towels at end of meal arrived with a man with a jug of hot water ! Would not recommend . Ver carta
