Three Horse Shoes - Menú

We had a lovely meal at this newly opened pub last night We were served by a friendly, helpful staff member (wearing a turquoise blouse) The food lovely steak cooked exactly as requested and the garden medley was delicious! It was busy with a lovely family atmosphere.

The reopening of the Three Horseshoes has been long awaited. The new management and staff were welcoming and gave a great service. The decor was smart yet comfortable. Will visit again whilst taking a walk with our doggies along the river, as it's ideally set next to the river.

Nicely redecorated premises with ample parking facilities, food was good but one dish had over cooked and inedible mushrooms which was brought to the attention of the server who apologized, agreed and confirmed they were inedible and stated she would get replacements which never arrived. Service was very slow in so much we couldn't be bothered with ordering desserts and after requesting and waiting for the bill for quite a time had to approach the servers station in order to settle the bill and leave. We won't be returning unfortunately.

Went today with my octogenarian parents for lunch. Wanted to see what the refurb looked like. It looks lovely. However, even though it was a hot day and relatively busy we waited for 90minutes before cancelling our order of a “quick” lunch. On complaining I was told “we have good chefs” I said yep but obviously not enough to which I was told that I was wrong. Not so much of an apology but a very poor excuse. 90 minute wait? Is that acceptable? I shan’t return and I’ve had many a family get together there over the years. Very disappointed

in this pub some paints in the run of the years, but they do not have the vegan options they are doing now. a beautiful pub with a separate restaurant and a pleasant outdoor seating area. they can eat in the pub area at the same menu. vegan dishes are on the main card and are marked. I had the ultimate vegan burger. the chips and house Slav were delicious. Unfortunately, the burger itself was not great. I had hoped for a niceburger, but it was fake meat and not very good. I will definitely go back to try their other dishes and hopefully give him an extra star.

You can eat in the pub section too same menu. Vegan dishes are on the main menu and are clearly marked. I had the Ultimate Vegan Burger. The chips and house slaw were delicious. We heard about the new management and wanted to give another chance to this place as in the past it has been disappointing but we love the building. Unfortunately we were set for another bad experience. We saw a midweek menu on their website and when we asked about it the staff tried to dismiss it. They didn't have half the food on the menu and the only tables in the garden we could have food on were squished next to each other. The service was slow, tables dirty, waiters passing empty handed without picking up anything from the uncleaned tables or the rubbish on the floor. Also sorry to mention but the waitress wasn't dressed too appropriately for a family pub neither. On the positive side,...

We heard that the pub had re-opened, so decided to visit for my husband's birthday and had pre-booked. We arrived and were seated at our table, at no point were we told or made aware that there was an issue with lack of food. It was left to the poor waitress to tell diners that most of the menu was unavailable, no burgers, chips, steaks, onion rings the list kept getting bigger and bigger as the evening went on (only 7.30 pm). We tried to order a burger, mixed grill, onion rings, only to be told they did not have them or a check would have to be made with the kitchen.
