"Ate inside this location instead of using the drive thru today. It's clear that drive thru receives the main priority, as I've received great service there regularly. Walked in to a 6 person line that was waiting on service from one individual however. They were great at moving the line through quickly, but walked away from multiple unmade drink orders. 4 other individuals and myself were left standing there for a few minutes waiting for a staff member to approach the front counter to even ask what we're waiting for. The staff member that approached and made the drinks was incredibly quick at least. I then waited for another 5+ minutes for my flatbread to be made. However, it appears to be a constant situation where guests are left waiting at the front counter with little to no attention for quite some time. Not including the wait time for their actual purchases. As of writing this review, a gentleman was left waiting 4-5 minutes at the till to purchase a gift card with only one other guest in the dining room being served. The drive-thru was a bit slow, but the food was quite good. I ordered takeout for brunch, and the price per person was between £10 and £20.

The food is fine, ever so slightly overpriced, in particular the milkshakes. For the size you get, £4 is veering on the side of pricey. Staff seem polite, the restaurant was clean. I just wanted to share my fantastic experience at Tim Hortons today. The staff member, Guru, noticed that I was on crutches waiting for my food after placing my order. He kindly told me to sit down and brought my food over to me. About 30 minutes later, he returned to check if I wanted another coffee, which I happily accepted. The breakfast bacon roll and French Vanilla coffee were delicious. I want to extend my gratitude to Guru for his exceptional service and professionalism; it’s clear he loves the brand and his job. Other companies could really take a lesson from your hiring and training practices. Thank you so much, Tim Hortons—you're amazing!
