This was my third visit, hoping that my previous bad experiences were just a fluke, but unfortunately, the poor service seems to be the norm. I will not be returning. There are much friendlier service and better coffee at the lovely small independent coffee shops just a few meters away."

I had a great small flat white coffee at this restaurant. That's all I ordered. The service was at the counter and I have no complaints.

Great place, nice buzz getting a spot being at times the main challenge.People are always moaning about this place,but it's fine, and you come in, get a coffee, and sit,it's quite simple.

First time here Saturday 20th January2024, had a wrap and cake,cappuccino was cold had asked for it extra hot,not very hygienic having the cakes along top of counter, everyone breathing and talking over them to order food,should be covered !!!

The closest coffee place to my house. What I like The coffee is really good They don't charge extra for soy milk (even though their board seems to suggest they do) No creeping US default tipping What I don't much like You can't get a Starbucks Venti size coffee

Ideal for a quick coffee and cake break from work. Lactose-free substitutes available. Cakes all look great, the ones we tried also tasted delicious. The seating at the window is a bit uninspired but comfortable enough for a short period of time. Everyone was very friendly, service was speedy.
