at the arrival we were greeted with the name I had made the booking, and we were asked where we would rather sit. a table in the window had just been released so that the recipeist cleaned the table for us in a few minutes. we got a menu to decide whether we go carvery or special meal. there was a short waiting queue for the carvery, with an excellent selection of meat and a lot of nice drinks were ordered by the waitress corine. after the post-grind we then ordered two ice cream special, with a selection of several sauces. a very pleasant experience.

After the mail meal we then ordered two ice cream special, with a choice of several sauces. A very enjoyable experience.

We visited Toby in Carmarthen for Christmas dinner. We tried to make a reservation over the phone but were told it had to be done through the Open Table website. When we arrived, there was a wait before we were seated. Despite being told we could visit the carvery whenever we liked, there was a long queue. The carver seemed stressed and disorganized, causing us to wait until 1:40 to eat. Our drinks were not as ordered, and the service was lacking. When it came time to pay, it took a while to find someone to take our payment. We were shocked at the high price of the soft drinks. This experience was disappointing and we are unlikely to return because of the long wait and high prices.

However, we were surprised to see that only one chef was carving the meat, and he seemed very stressed and disorganized.
