my wife and I traveled during the day after reading by kent to close the restaurant. no warning, confirmation of receipt and now a request for review. not impressed. !

I made a reservation online but the staff at the reception seemed unaware of it, despite us having a confirmation email. The restaurant was very busy, but we still had an enjoyable time.

excellent meal. mum had a wheelchair that makes himself so worried as it is managed. we were in a great position, wheelchair-friendly and my disabled mother felt part of the meal. well done! Eat was just brilliant!

My wife and I traveled from Kent to Reading for the day, only to find the restaurant closed. We did not receive any warning, had received confirmation, and are now being asked to review. Very disappointed. Nicholas Joseph
