Lovely place. Warm and friendly welcome from staff and as always the food was fabulous. A perfect lunchtime treat with a colleague.

for Christmas dinner. the staff was super friendly, cheerful and helpful. the food was delicious and beer well kept. thank you for making a real tasty bite for christmas.

Food here is great for the price, always come away full and happy. My mum is on a mobility scooter and the staff are accommodating and make room so she can go get her own plate at the carvery buffet, which is nice. There is a ramp in and a clean disabled toilet so accessible as well. Ver carta

Not been since pre lockdown and was pleasantly pleased at the pleasant service and the quality of the carvery veg. What used to be soggy, bland and overcooked is now the opposite. Only disappointment was the poor veggie gravy. Price was excellent for 9 of us, less than £15 per head including some puddings. Not all of us had room after the generous main course Finally a special thanks for accommodating our bigger party at a busy time

Arrived early but were still shown to a table straight away (Table 7). Ordered drinks which were brought to the table as we went for our Carvery. Great selection of meats vegetables. Excellent roasties in beef dripping with beautifully thick gravy delicious! Waiter was excellent courteous, patient not pushy or trying to rush us. A very enjoyable dinner at Chapel Allerton fully fuelled couldn't eat another thing. Excellent value for money.

I am a number one fan of Toby Carvery at Chapel Allerton. I usually am a lunchtime carvery customer with friends on a two weekly basis but this time had the two course festive menu. Great staff lovely waitress, fabulous food. We only wish we had taken photos of our plates and sent them to the Deer Park on Street Lane as a meal there recently For a friends birthday was terrible. first visit today and we went to the breakfast. at present they offer breakfast on Saturday Sunday only due to personalization. to know that they are short staff in this Covid period, they would not think that all eating with the Toby breakfast, no short cuts. the pub is beautiful and clean and the staff friendly and helpful (we explained we were new at the venue and the toby team were very helpful.) they look forward to an evening at the toby carvery main event. we will definitely be back to breakfast.

I had a nice meal queen in the arms. the price was good and the taste of the food was excellent. the portion size of the suppe and mac and cheese was a little small, but they are appetizers. the employees were brilliant hostess and made sure that everything was in order with our meal times. the restaurant was clean and not too busy. they can book a table online to make sure that they get a table and we have used a birthday voucher that gave us £10 from £20. overall very impressed by service, eating and all staff.

a beautiful place for a Sunday caraby and the price for two people with drinks was actually very reasonable. the staff was very friendly and attentive so we feel comfortable and relaxed. it would be advisable to make a booking for the Sunday meal, although they seem to manage the time setting and service to not allow the place to be too full at any time or that the malts wait too long to take place. even so we were not rushed to go, but there was a steady flow of diners, during my visit, as the people have gone and tables have been deleted and reset for new arrivals. we had made a booking, but I noticed that they have done their best to record people who are simply sunk without booking for l...
