"Had the chicken salad with garlic sauce and guac. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely worth the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. The music was a tad loud, made all the more frustrating that I didn't know where to wait to listen out for my name. If I hadn't seen another order get called before mine I might have been sitting out the front of the register area and not been able to hear. Blocking out the music in the area to the left of the register, and putting a little sign up to indicate waiting there for pickup would be nice. There's an option to tip when ordering, but I don't know about tipping before the food has been received. I did tip on this occasion and in retrospect it was deserved."

Been here a fair few times, food has been amazing every single time. Well worth the money! Atmosphere is great and the staff are always lovely and extremely friendly! Always recommending the place to anyone who needs to grab a bite to eat! :

Dreadful customer service on the day I visited. Had been before but this day was awful. Staff member had a terrible attitude which is bizarre given it’s one of the most expensive burger joints in Oxford. Will never go again, there are plenty of friendlier and cheaper places in Oxford. The place has a pretty dull atmosphere anyway.
