Tops Pizza - Carta

Topps is a great restaurant. I haven't tasted their pizzas yet, but their Chinese food is definitely superior to my local Chinese restaurant, which is terrible.

After waiting for over an hour, the restaurant decided to cancel my order and I did not receive a refund because they were already in the process of cooking the items. However, it was the restaurant's decision to cancel the order, not mine.

Ordered online, pizza was cold , rubbery and borderline fresh. Delivery and delivery guy was speedy and polite. If your going to send pizza on delivery, and I do appreciate you are very busy st times) your product should still be hot and fresh. Not impressed, garlic bread was hotter than the pizza. Ver carta

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten, including supermarket oven pizzas! The sun-dried tomatoes on the Californian pizza were so burnt that I couldn't even recognize them by sight or taste. The Margherita pizza was also burnt, but what was even worse was the awful tasting grease that covered both pizzas, especially on the back. It smelled and tasted terrible.

Poor. Stayed locally and it was the nearest place to our hotel. Offer advertised “Any Two Pizzas for £X”. We asked for one to be a gluten free base. Told no. Not offered even to pay extra. So a gluten free base somehow does not count as “any pizza”. 4 toppings barely a few items of each topping sprinkled sparsely on a medium pizza. Our local does far superior pizza with much better service for almost half the price. Avoid.

Ordered of this company lots of times. Warning if you pay by card don't expect your food anytime soon. If you pay by cash it is normally within 40 mins. Also if you pay by card your order won't be complete when delivered. I have used this company for many years as the pizza is good but unfortunately the customer service is terrible. After all these years of using them I will now take my business elsewhere and will not be recommending them anymore!!! Ver carta

I order pizza from then regular and it’s always some mistake on order or late but last time I order it’s was all food cold and waiting time was over 1 hrs 40 min and I ask for refund as I order it online guy mention on phone oh we gone give full credits I don’t want your credit and poor service and really bad food get grip and do your job properly if you can’t do it it’s better you change your job and do something you can do in life better , never ever again order food from them and I don’t recommend to anyone to order from this place very rude late and unprofessional

It's been probably over 10 years since I've had a Tops Pizza. Anyway, I took the plunge and ordered via Deliveroo. My pizzas came in about 35 minutes. I ordered an American Hot and a Chicken Tikka pizza. On the plus side they look quite appetizing and are quite generously topped with cheese, but that's also part of the problem. The pizzas don't really taste of much, apart from mozzarella! As for whether there was any tomato base or not, well if there was I couldn't taste any. A very forgettable, bland and mediocre pizza experience. I've had better from the supermarket!

Ordered The Great Double deal for 2 large pizzas, 1 American Hot and 1 Seafood all for £26.99 Pricing is OKAY considering this is suppose to be the largest pizza. We ordered through Ubereats, there wasnt much info on the size of the pizzas or what kind of toppings the pizza had from the vague title given on the app. So it was like taking a shot in the dark as it was our first time ordering pizza from Tops. Delivery time took its full 40mins 10mins, but delivery guy from motorbike was nice. American Hot was quite pleasant actually, we orded thin crust but crust was not really thin. Seafood pizza on the other hand... felt extremely cheap, I was expecting some calamari, mussels and other types... Ver carta
