Tortuga - Carta

Great place to fix that Mexican food hankering. Corona and margaritas along with a whole lot of other drinks to choose from. Service is fast and staff speaks English.

Having lived overseas for several years, I really miss Mexican / TexMex style food. Tortuga is the best I have found in Germany. Highly recommend making a reservation as they get very busy.

we have come to tortuga for several years and it was always nice; good food; friendly and competent staff. if they are hungry for authentic Tex sex in bayern, then this is the place to go. we have never been disappointed! Ver carta

The food was just too delicious & the service was great! I visited the restaurant twice during my trip & both times were a great experience. All the servers there are really nice & tend to you with no problems. The churro dessert is to die for!

Tortuga's offers a variety of Mexican dishes (chimichangas, tacos, enchiladas, etc.) along with a few other choices such as ribs. The appetizers are good (nachos, quesadilla, etc.). Sometimes, the service can be very slow and you should make a reservation.

the food is good mediocre, the restaurant is a sauna, and the service is met or miss. in summertime, they can also wear a tanktop and swimming trunks, because they wade through their own sweat. the only good...that this restaraunt the drinks are they are not sting with the alcohol, but as we all know, heat and alcohol do not mix so that they probably leave the place that is dehydrated and sick. the fact that they have to make a reservation is mine understood, I would not recommend this place.

Every time my family tries to make reservations online for this place it is never available. When ever we call to make reservations they never answer. We have been before and the seated us and I must say haven eaten mexican food all over, this is by far the most underwhelming yet. Here as of late if my family and I try to go we are told if we have no reservations we cant be seated even when the restaurant is close to empty. It is almost impossible to get reservations and then the food isnt worth the hassle it takes so we have quit trying. My suggestion is go elsewhere. There are a lot of nice little spots in grafenwohr.

I seriously love Tortugas! It is always so fun to go, the staff is wonderful and kind and the food is delicious. I've heard its not "real" Tex-Mex but I come from a northern state and it is as good as anything at home. I have tried a few items on the menu but I tend to stick to my favorites. My husband and I order the three amigos, and we each get our own white queso, and then we share a guacamole. Then I get the chicken fajitas and unlike the states you get more than 4 strips of chicken. To top it off it is AMAZING!! Once my son was acting up and the waitress gave him a toy cube of all these activities to keep him happy and entertained. It is family friendly, a great date night spot, and yo... Ver carta
