What excites me the most is the dish of the day with the accras or the crispy perch steak, my favorite. Each bite is a pure delight, the fish melting and never soaked in oil. this small restaurant hidden in the heart of the 10th arrondissement is a real perimeter. a small map (5 or 6 dishes) with French-Cambodia inspirations. the chef concocts small dishes full of flavors and very fresh. It's a treat every time. desserts, homemade, are to try without restraint!
