Nice restaurent - even quite full for a Monday evening. Food was served in usual time, was very delicious in the typical Italien style. Was sitting outside - very pleasant.

Even though i would prefer some more space i find the staff extremely friendly ! And the food good price/quality !! If You are staying in a hotel nearby like us i strongly recommend it

prices were extremely high, specially for drinks. The quality of the food was not reasonable comparing with its price. Waiter was nice, but we didn't go there to meet people... we wanted to have good italian! Ver carta

Well quite a nice little find if I say so myself. Squid to start and pizza to follow all washed down with a very acceptable bottle of Montepulciano. Really can't fault it for the price and would definitely return if I was in the area again.

We came across this restaurant by luck when on our way back from another & what a good find it was. The service was very cordial & efficient - very friendly indeed. The food was excellent and varied - we visited 3 times and would recommend a visit to anyone in Frankfurt. Good value for money & very good menu.

Tucked away within a residential neighbourhood of Messe, Frankfurt, Amici purveys fine Italian cuisine. We were searching for a place that served schnitzel, which is surprisingly hard to find in Frankfurt, and stumbled upon this place. The schnitzel was excellent. We had arrived back late from a trip to the countryside, and were just looking for someplace for a simple hot meal. This place was just around the corner, and when we entered there was a large group of young German professionals taking up most of the space. The host found us a table, and we ordered a big mista salad, rucola pizza, chardonnay and cappuccinos, all for 28 Euros. The place is run by 2 gregarious brothers whose English is admittedly thin but whose attention to their customers is not. The food was delicious, the atmosphere gregarious and the home made music at a corner piano perhaps a little off key but made the meal memorable. I chose this place as it had fairly good reviews and was close to my hotel. It didn't get off to a good start as the guy just glared at us when we entered and I had to initiate the conversation. English was a bit sparse which is fine but there was no effort at friendliness at all. I think this is normal as he had the same demeanour with German guests as with us. The bread which was served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was lovely. My friend ordered the bolognese which was watery and lacked flavour. I ordered a pizza which was ok but also lacked a bit of flavour. We seemed to have the minimum in terms of service and therefore did not want to stick around for dessert. I would suggest perh...

Very bad, dangerous food and unkind service! It all started with a dead fly on my cuttelery. I wiped it away, without complaining. After a while my pasta with salmone came and I started to eat. That was a dangerous decision. The salmone was FULL of fishbones. Bones of like 3 or 4 cm long. I started complaining and they took my dish away. They said sorry and first they would give me the menu again to order something else, 1 minute later they changed there minds and they could only give me a dessert of the house.
