"I wanted to write a review since some of the more recent reviews were negative. Just arrived in Verona after a long day of traveling by train. One of the closest spots for dinner from where I am staying was this restaurant. After reading the reviews I was a little intimated, but decided to give it a go. It was SO lovely! We arrived when they opened without a reservation and was able to get a table. Had the red table wine (which someone made a negative comment about) I thought it was delicious and hit the spot after a stressful day of travel. I ordered the tortellini with mushrooms and truffle cheese sauce and it was so good I wanted to cry tears of joy and happiness. Lovely experience and I think I will go back before I head back to the states."

Un bel locale accogliente. Antipasti con affettati di qualità e serviti abbondanti. Tagliolini al ragù d'anatra cotti alla perfezione. Menzione d'onore ai secondi alla griglia: semplicemente perfetti! Ottima l'idea di servirli con il sale rosa a parte. Servizio con i giusti tempi tra una portata e l'altra. Prezzi onesti. Consigliato vivamente.

Siamo una associazione escursionistica , UOEI di Torre del Lago Puccini, e tutti gli anni, per questa data, facciamo quello che chiamiamo trekking urbano e quest'anno la città scelta è stata , appunto, Verona. Bellissima la città, ma lo sapevamo, altrimenti non l'avremmo scelta, la sorpresa PIACEVOLISSIMA, è stato il pranzo in questo ristorante. NON E' FACILE ACCONTENTARE 46 PERSONE, QUANTI ERAVAMO, CON IL COSIDETTO PRANZO PER GRUPPI. Un tempo si sarebbe detto ottimo e abbondante ma perchè non poterlo dire anche ora?, ottimo e abbondante tutto , dall'antipasto al dolce, e un cenno particolare all'attenzione del personale che mai ha lasciato i tavoli senza acqua e soprattutto senza vino.Veram...
