Three of the pasta dishes we ordered had to be returned: 2 were much too salty and the third the pasta was not cooked enough.

Good restaurant with good food. Very familiar atmosphere and the really nice owner, who has a thousand stories to tell. Fair price. To return.

Nice place for a casual dinner. Good food (I had shrimp), my companion had fish (not sure of the Italian names for these). Wine selections were reasonable in price.

Did was delicious, hospitality and ambiance top notch.....Excellent experience. Owner is a great host and very proud of the cuisine he makes and service is excellent.

We were here while passing through on our way back home north. We were pleasantly suprised by the very friendly hosting of the owner of the trattoria and of the good quality of the diner they have served. The menu is quite compact, but they have both meat and fish. It was really delicious! The wine on the list is also varied and of good quality. When you are around you should certainly visit the place. And for some memories of the good old times: the owner has put his old, very good renovated, Kawasaki 500 (two stroke), motor bike in the corridor, a beauty!

Trattoria del Ponte is a very friendly, down home, family type of place. The menu is not large, but there are some very good choices I had a wonderful sautéed branzino for a main course, preceded by pasta Bolognese. This is a place that you would feel very comfortable just dropping into (I arrived without a reservation and had no problem at all), and the staff do their best to make you feel welcomed (even though there is not a lot of English spoken). However, English speakers will recognize most of the dishes on the menu, so the language barrier was of minimal importance. Overall, a relaxing dinner that was reasonably priced and satisfying.

I have been coming here for 25 years and it is honestly has the best value for money and fab food ratio that you can find in this area. It is family owned and has been around since the 1950's. The menu is simple but prepared with care and is always excellent. It's a great choice for people staying in the nearby hotel but also for family nights out. The Milanese (veal cutlet) is one of the highlights but so too is the steak and all of the first courses I have tried. Roberto has been cultivating the wine menu but it still remains within the reach of the average user. Great in the summer because you can sit outside but also lovely in the winter with the log fire.
