"il locale si trova in una piccola piazza che si affaccia sul bellissimo porto antico di genova, tra strade trafficate e rumorose, barche ormeggiate in silenzio, la voce sommersa e i suggerimenti che provengono dai vicoli della città vecchia. in pochi metri c'è tutto. tutto è molto caratteristico, quasi emozionante. Il ristorante ha anche personalità. pochissimi tavoli, tanto l'atmosfera. Attraversando la soglia, sembra tornare indietro nel tempo anche se, in realtà, si respira un'aria giovane e non convenzionale. le pareti sono adornate di oggetti che ribadiscono la vicinanza al mare e che sono inne con il valore del sorriso. Bene. il menu ha un taglio decisamente creativo. Abbiamo provato una combinazione audace tra seppia grezzo e lardo d'arnad, sdraiati sulla crema di mandorle e circondati da funghi trifolati. Ci piaceva. poi due prima (cacio e pepe con gamberi di lime e cotolette in brodo di carne con cicale e uova marinate, entrambi di successo) e secondo un branzino con carciofi e bottarga, che si rivelò essere il meno fantasioso, anche se ancora valido. di dolce, eccentrico bon di gorgonzola. vino al bicchiere un po' avaro, ma in generale grande soddisfazione, sia per il palato che per lo spirito."

excellent dishes and excellent service. special mention of the waitress who felt welcome to us regardless of their first day at work (juni 2021) and was an excellent host. try the tuna tataki and the troffie with pesto.

Locale con atmosfera intima e giovanile, cucina molto buona e personale preparato. Ho trovato i piatti del giorno originali e gli ingredienti ben bilanciati tra di loro. Antipasto “straseppie” veramente buono. Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

I came to the restaurant by chance. the service was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious as the vermentino. the pesto was really good. the waitress recommended the turtle that was cooked for perfection. I loved it as it was not in a crowded area and somehow was away from the tourist in the opposite direction. I'd like to go back. Ver carta

Strange location. In between residential building, and a sex shop, close to main road. No style, nor ambiance. Strange. We booked on a recommendation, and almost turned around. WoW though .. excellent excellent meal. Squids were special. Pasta dish, beautifully made and tasty. The creamy...chocolat dessert, one of the absolute best dessert we have ever had. My wife and I decided to share .. we ate the fastest I have ever seen just to get our share. It was unreal good. Overall, a shockingly good restaurant. Well priced. Would go back anytime. Bravo.

we had high hopes after reading all the incredible reviews of this restaurant. Maybe we went to the wrong time of the year as they seem to change the menu with seasonal food that is good, but eating was remarkably unnoticed. it wasn't terrible, but it was certainly nothing they'd talk about or remember the next day. beef tars were quite bland and unstoppable. partner enjoyed the tuna tartars. pasta was average (bit overcooked) and served in an breakfast sweet pan instead of on a plate that was somewhat strange. service was ok, the first waiter seemed a little brusque, but no big problems to consider. there are many other places to visit in Genoa, I would not disturb to keep a place here to b...
