We had a very nice dinner at a table next to the river. A beautiful experience made even more memorable by the constant, friendly and never intrusive kindness of the waiter. A true Lord. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was recommended to us from a local and we were not disappointed. Excellent food and great atmosphere with a view over the river. Through word of mouth we finally managed to eat at the Vecio Mulin river on Easter day... well everything was spectacular. A surprising place, typical food but of excellent quality, very friendly and pleasant staff, especially Enor, an AC Milan fan but a Granata supporter, something to underline. I think it would normally be 4 stars. But it’s the best horse I’ve ever had. Horse (cavala) is really difficult to master and their stew brings out all of the unique flavors that those equine beauties have to offer. Sitting bu the river, sipping valpolicella, scarfing down horse could there be a better evening? Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We had dinner here at the recommendation of the concierge because we wanted seafood, but it was a bit of a disappointment. I think we started off on the wrong foot when the waiter rushed us to order. The best part of the meal was the wine, which was a nicer Vermentino. We ordered the potato appetizer, which came with a really good mushroom sauce. We also had the beef tartar, which was good when I added lemon, olive oil and pepper, but way too big of a portion. For entrees, we had the squid ink pasta with shrimp tartar and macaroni with mushroom. They were both just ok. For dessert, we tried the deconstructed tiramisu which was also ok.
