Authentic Italian trattoria where Italians eat, and Italian products and cuisine. There were 4 of us and we had dinner here for 5 days, spectacular, the staff, the food and the Roman atmosphere made me feel at home after many years of not returning to my beloved Italy. If you want to eat like we Italians really eat and taste the real Italy, this is your place. Highly recommended, in fact now my brother-in-law and his partner are going to Rome, and they will go to dinner no matter what. Congratulations. Very friendly place, as I like, friendly and kind owner and waitresses. The place looks clean and rustic, the way in which the menu is presented a blackboard on a chair is very picturesque, I liked the style. As soon as we arrived we were served immediately with bread, water and a piece of omelette, nice quick service. The first was really very good, the gricia bacon was crunchy and melted in the mouth and the fiery pasta was excellent. I would have taken another one if I had a second stomach. We both more than appreciated it 10/10. The appetizer was a little less good, the ham was hard to chew in some places even if it was good, the buffalo instead wasn 't bad 7/10. To return.
