"This used to be a shabby looking place before they started renovating but they offered a vegan menu long before most of the other places in town did. Luckily they kept that menu although I wouldn 't think it was frequented a lot for the vegan options. Many classic indian dishes, serves vegetarian options as well. No vegan cheese on their pizza but they 're good without, too. Has limited seating but looks relatively hip after renovations took place. Prices are moderate/ cheap and more than legitimate since the servings they offer are quite big. Friendly staff!"

"We stayed tonight (very spontaneous! at Rosmarino to eat four and have absolutely nothing to complain about. A completely perfect evening, very good and generous portions, tastefully top, service 1A, great staff, nice ambience, very cozy, price-performance is right here. We will definitely come back. "Nettes kleines Restaurant in Hernes Stadtmitte. Sind bei einem kleinem Sparziergang dort eingekehrt, weil uns draußen auf der Tafel der Mittagstisch ansprach. Hätte gerne den Fisch gegessen , doch als ich fragte ob er frisch sei,bekam ich die Antwort ,nein gefroren. Also, wo war dann die gute frische Küche? Eine Weinkarte habe ich auf Anfrage nicht bekommen ,sondern wurde nur gefragt was ich für einen Wein gerne hätte. Ich nahm einen Rose ,Preis wurde nicht genannt , kostete dann 5€.Mein Mann nahm das Schnitzel Italia ,war sehr klein und dünn hatte zuviel Panade und Käse, schmeckte nicht. Ich hatte die Medaillons Williams, es waren 2 kleine Medaillons, das Fleisch tot gebraten das ich es kaum kauen konnte.Salat war sehr übersichtlich mit wenig Dressing,dafür war noch viel Wasser im Salat,Das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen leider nicht, Service war kurz angebunden.Das Schnitzel kostete 11,50€ Die Medaillons 13,90€ mit Pommes und kl. Salat. Fand ich etwas zu hoch, doch wenn es geschmeckt hätte ,wäre es in Ordnung gewesen."

"DANKE for the great New Year's Buffet 2020/21 for only 3 people: That was a great idea to offer such a treat for small businesses; it was very abundant that we could still enjoy on New Year's Day. Of course we are also looking forward to a visit to your restaurant again, but so it was a brilliant change can take place on festive days more often!!!!"

"What a nice change from the outside cafes we've been going to. This is a 14 room hotel that is located in the old town (but a few blocks away from the main square) and absolutely lovely. The lobby as you come in is quite eclectic with a piano, a merry go round style colorful horse, lots of natural wood pillars, etc. the restaurant has a bit of class about it and has cute little German style chairs and booths that are covered with blue and white fabric and charming old style chandeliers. Service was friendlier than we've had during this whole trip and the meal was fabulous. We had the garlic scampi in a arugula salad which was an appetizer but big enough for a meal and the cordon blue was one huge piece served with a large portion of cold potato salad, and a green salad. Everything was delicious and again, the ambiance is charming. The desserts looked fabulous but we were just too full. The apple strudel, snowball, cherry tarts and so many others to choose from. They also have a garden outside weather permitting that was lovely but it was raining so we ate in the main dining room. This has been the best meal and service so far that we've had during our 10 day trip. If you're looking for a place to eat or sleep, this is your place and look no further."
