Turkish Delight Kebab House

Wooden beach hut quaint decor. Staff friendly and welcoming. Mixed seafood sharing plate was well cooked and delicious, good quality and variety. Service slow, had to ask three times for ice for the drinks and likewise to get the bill.

Only moved to Brighton a week ago so wasn't sure where to go for something to eat. The food from this place is amazing and so reasonably price. Delivery was very prompt the delivery guy was very friendly. Will definitely be ringing these guy again.

Today I ordered takeout from this restaurant and they completely messed up my order. When I called to complain, they refused to refund or replace the order. They even tried to blame me for ordering incorrectly. I only ordered from them because my favorite place was closed. I will not be ordering from them again.

We have ordered from here a few times and when you get it it's good I promise you but holy smokes be ready to wait over an hour if ordering from their website, also managed to charge us twice once and we had to visit their shop to get a refund all in all great good if you are not popping in, order at your own risk!

We arrived 5.30pm Wednesday with 30mins to spare before film at Dukes picture house nearby. Mentioned this to friendly staff. Our chicken and shish kebabs were quickly served, nicely cooked, nice salad, good price: we sat and enjoyed and arrived on time for the film. Apart from home deliveries being prepared we were the only shop customers that time. Cannot fault the team, just what we needed a tasty light tea before a good film.

like the only time I would visit a kebab shop is after a night out when Im pretty hammered, but I visited this one sober and I can honestly say worst kebab ever, as soon as I got in there I felt unwelcome, the staff seemed unfriendly, I got a burger without salad which I asked for, disgusting mayonnaise and ketchup, cheesy chips which the cheese wasn't at all melted, seriously put no effect into it at all considering I paid like £6! wouldn't visit again and don't advice it

Tried to order over the phone asked for 2 x’s MEAL 4; the menu they gave us in store a week or two ago stated it was £6.50 each, so £13 when I ordered the said it was actually £8.95 each, so £17.90; when I pointed this out the guy on the phone got angry, with people also ranting in the background, so I simply hung up the phone. I had stated I would show the delivery driver which was when they started getting angry? Very strange. I have uploaded a picture of the menu I had been given, in store, a week or two ago. I’m definitely not crazy?

We have ordered from this restaurant several times and the food has always been average and inexpensive. However, when a mistake was made, our experience turned into a very negative one. They got our order wrong and when we called to ask if we could exchange the burger for the correct one (to save the driver a trip), we were met with rudeness and dismissiveness. The person on the phone couldn't believe they had made a small, easily fixable mistake. These are just cheap grilled burgers that cost very little. They insisted that we would have to pay for a new order if we wanted the correct burger. We were really upset by this and will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have to mention that about 12-18 months ago, the quality of this restaurant was really poor and we stopped ordering from here. However, one evening we were running late and decided to give it another try for a quick dinner option. And we were pleasantly surprised! The chili sauce was fresh, the chicken shish was juicy and tender, and the salad had a great mix with a herby flavor. We decided to give them another chance, especially since they are very affordable and the closest to us. And we have not been disappointed!
