Went with my Family for a birthday meal. 18 of us 9 of which were kids. Food was absolutely lush and service was great We will all definitely be back soon

This was a beautiful, quiet bay away from the huge waves on other beaches. There were tons of trees for shade, calm waves that were perfect for swimming and for kids and hiking trails around the area to explore some sights. We saw several sea turtles in the water. I wish we had more time to spend at this beach!!

We came to Turtle Bay a month before everything changed in 2020. Fast forward to 2024 and wow, what a major improvement. The location is superb and the views both day and night make it worth the trip. All the amenities are above and beyond. Your access to options outside the resort are easy with a car. Recommend you visit the Polynesian Culture Center while staying. Ver carta

Terrible experience. Mains took 1 hour to arrive. My salmon jerk was raw and had to be sent back. It was replaced by a dry chicken with inedible coleslaw. Chips weren't spicy, just had some salt and a few had a handful of paprika. The staff were apologetic and gave us a round of free drinks and I didn't have to pay for my meal. They also gave us 20 percent discount on meal. Although appreciated the gesture would have preferred a nice meal that we could all eat at the same time!

We’ve been to this restaurant a number of times over the years and everytime we go it’s a different experience. Whilst I really enjoyed my food and the cocktails at happy hour, all the vegan options apart from one (which wasn’t available) are fake chicken which isn’t for everyone. Also, I guess as a result of the bottomless brunch, what we expected to be a chilled out dinner at 5.30pm was really raucous! The music wasn’t exactly giving a Caribbean vibe either. Having said that the staff were great as was the service, and I enjoyed my food, just don’t expect a chilled out dining experience. Probably not ideal for a romantic dinner for two or for families at this time on a Saturday.
