"A festive atmosphere but I didn 't get the Carribbean vibe- looked more like a funfair canteen. Our waiter was friendly and patient and service was as expected. Food options are unusual and interesting with a strong Cajun or Indian bias assume Caribbean ? , but the texture and taste was not remarkable. Cocktails looked good but I stayed with the hoppy Pale Ale. Note the 2-4-1 cocktails are not during peak dinner times. Overall, an interesting evening and good company made it enjoyable."

First time here, Morgan was our server, very friendly and attentive, she helped me decide on the goat curry as my choice, my partner had mo'bay chicken, both meals were lovely. The Mac and cheese we shared wasn't amazing. There was a very loud group in that ruined the atmosphere. We'll be back to try other options on the menu. Overall we enjoyed the meal, thanks Morgan!

It was the first evening that myself and my partner had been to turtle bay in colchester. The food was lovely but what really stood out was the service. I wish we’d gotten the lads name to name him so he could get the credit, but he was so friendly and happy to involve himself in my partner and I stitching each other with shots and cocktails. Would definitely recommend.
