"We decided to visit before the Euros final kicked off so my experience is based on that. The pub was packed (as you 'd expect) we sat down at a table and decided that ordering a drink would be faster via the app than going to the bar, this was a mistake. We waited an hour before I decided to just go to the bar and order our drinks at which I had to wait another 20 minutes to be served (at the front of the bar) the 2 staff they had on the bar had no regard for who had been waiting for the longest and just serve who they want (usually a girl is priority). After getting our drinks at the bar our table order still hadn 't arrived, after two hours had passed I asked one of the staff who replied 'drink orders are about an hour wait ' I said we 'd been waiting 2 hours now and she said okay I 'll go and look. She went and returned with our drinks almost immediately. Once we left just before kickoff (as we 'd booked for the fanzone) to my surprise there were about 100 drinks all placed on the service area of the bar but nobody handing them out. Won 't be coming back at busy times again unless you decide to employ some more staff to deal with it, having 2 staff on before a Euros final is bonkers."

The glass was dirty, I had to wait 55 minutes for low-quality drinks, and my chips were forgotten.

A good Spoons. Can’t say I have any complaints other than… hmm … my order took about 10 mins to arrive. Not bothered at all but I know “some people” get bothered by that!

Terrible. I was served the wrong order but instead of apologising and admitting the mistake, they blamed me. Never offered to re-do the order or offer a refund. There are a few issues with this witherspoons. 1) it's dirty. 2) the service is poor and 3) customer satisfaction does not exist. For shame. Ver carta

We paid a visit here for a few drinks when staying over for a couple of nights for Rockprest. It was very lively even though not overly busy. Dj played the right songs to keep people on the dance floor, we especially enjoyed seeing a man having the time of his life dancing to every song and not tiring.

Maybe we came on the wrong day, but it seemed like they were severely understaffed. We came on a Monday afternoon. Dirty plates and glasses were collected on one particular table and service was very slow. We ordered food and drinks together and the meals came out before the Pepsi and melted ice combos did. We realised later the app orders were being ignored, since my 7-year-old's gloopy ice cream soup took a while to arrive afterwards. Maybe it would be up to par with a different crew on a different day. On the plus side, Interior was interesting, and lots of seating available. May be too big for the amount of staff they had on shift though.
