Great food. We ordered the mixed sushi platter and it tasted amazing. Loved the service. The staffs were friendly and served with a smile. Highly recommended and Will definitely visit it again.

The best sushi I've ever had! The Wagyu burger and duck with red curry were also fantastic. The service was very calm and pleasant, attentive and well-rehearsed. The interior design is very nice and also ensures general well-being. We'll definitely be back. Ver carta

The food is excellent, the quality is absolutely good and the service from the wait staff is very good. Definitely a place to eat sushi. A clear recommendation. Although the price is a little higher, you get perfect quality here. A big thank you to the staff for the nice evening.

Das ist ein Japanisches Restaurant nicht nur die Beste der in Oldenburg sondern auch eine der Beste in Deutschland ist. Wir kommen wieder. Atmosphäre, Speise… , alles sind super 我们来自上海，在德国工作一段时间。今天通过Tripsdvisor 觉得照片中的寿司和细腻，选择了这家餐厅，没有失望。这不仅是奥登堡也是德国最好的日餐厅之一。厨师是尼泊尔人，我们还以为是日本人做的寿司呢

We were coming from Amsterdam to Hamburg. On the way, we have a small transit to Oldenburg Hbf. Then all of our friends were craving for Sushi. We searched the good sushi restaurant nearby Oldenburg Hbf in google app. It showed us Umami Oldenburg Sushi restaurant. We went there and first of all we liked the ambience of the restaurant, service staffs are also polite and friendly. We ordered sushi the food comes so early. We don't have to wait such longer. The Sushi is so yummy and the decoration of Sushi in a wooden board looks so beautiful.

Wenn man japanische Fusionküche möchte dann ist das Umami genau der richtige Ort für Mittag oder Abendessen. Das Lokal ist edel eingerichtet und hat zwei Etagen, von der oft nur eine offen ist. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Qualitativ hat Umami nicht nur den besten Fisch der Stadt sondern auch das beste Sushi insgesamt. Generell gilt für japanische Küche gibt es in Oldenburg keine bessere Adresse. Die Preise sind etwas überdurchschnittlich, aber gerechtfertigt. Neben dem Sushi ist auch das Ramen wirklich gut. Generell gilt das Umami will kein authentisch japanisches Restaurant sein, sondern ausgefeilte japanische Fusionküche bieten und das machen sie mit Bravur. Ver carta
