"Eric the chef makes his own rillette and also the seeded crackers to eat it with. We enjoyed this before the main meal. They are very flexible you can have an entree as a main meal if you prefer. The chicken ceasar salad was delicious and my husband had a beautifully presented quenelle de brochettes (pike mousse flavoured with lobster bisque) his own version of quinelle. Stephanie who attended our table was lovely and very attentive and Eric himself made time to have a chat with us. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The menu is small but that’s always a good sign that the chef prepares everything and nothing is out of the freezer and heated up."

Simple, effective but not in a hurry! Arrived at 12:00, we had to leave at 13:45 for an entry formula, dessert dish.

Simple but good There was a piece of plastic in the qunelle, but we were at the end of service so we can understand fatigue, moreover, the cook immediately apologized The chocolate mousse was delicious

We ate very well. I confirm the fact at home. We were even shown the pie to the pralines in his mold. Friendly welcome. Perfect frame. Quick service. The staff with little care with the children. Thank you for this evening

A great discovery with my son.. Chef Éric Jambon concocts simple dishes for you but they're so good...that's all we ask for... Go take a look at his career and let me know what he's been up to. We see that the couple is well versed in the exercise. The decor is great...small checkered tablecloths. Lunch or dinner inside is better Well done... we'll come back... it's for sure

Typical Bouchon that serves traditional Lyonnaise cuisine. I had the menu with onion soup, the sausages of Lyon and a dessert. I liked the soup a lot. All the rest was tasty, but not extraordinary. (Traducido por Google) Bouchon típico que sirve cocina tradicional lionesa. Tuve el menú con sopa de cebolla, las salchichas de Lyon y un postre. Me gustó mucho la sopa. Todo lo demás era sabroso, pero no extraordinario.

Nice little Lyon cap located in the heart of old Lyon. A pleasant experience although we have been a bit of ace by cooking one of our dishes. In fact, the frog had difficulty sticking due to a lack of cooking and mustard sauce was a little fade. With respect to the accompaniment gratin, it was missing a few minutes of cooking, which made the potatoes too firm. However, the quenelle was good. Overall, the quantities are quite reasonable and the service was fast. The reception and service save the overall rating. The framework and dedication of the server allowed us to spend a rather pleasant time.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
