"Photos on their website are deceiving/misleading. There's a lift on top of the 2 flights of stairs. It's pretty high and can be challenging if you have a large luggage, several luggage or mobility issues. It's about 2 stories high before your reach the lift. I almost cried when I saw how far we had to drag our luggage to get to the lift. The guy at the reception is very rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Right after we checked in we went straight to our room. We saw that it was occupied coz there was luggage, then we realized that it's the wrong room. We went back to the receptionist to let him know that our key opened a different room and he just brushed us off. So that night we made sure that we secured our door just in case a guest managed to unlock our door by accident. Also, the walls are thin. Very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything. We booked this hotel because they said there's parking. My friend called before we arrived and they confirmed that there's parking. When we got there the guy at the desk said there's no parking. My friend told him that we called but he just stared... very helpful guy it seems... so we had to walk to a parking structure a block away... cost us € 40 bucks. What sucked is that we didn't know that we needed cash to pay for it coz it only takes German cards (really?!?!? why??? and this is the first and ONLY time I didn't have enough local currency. We had to walk several blocks away at 6am (in the morning!!! in freezing weather to find an ATM. Never again!!!"

unfortunately only 2 stars - the one burger was excellent. the other one was delivered wrong. so we could decide (allergy) between hunger or bauchweh. foodora could not realize a correction. might be superior if you want to keep customers as delicious burgers.

The rooms are very nice but the service was terrible. We left our key in the reception while we went out and when we came back to pick it up they had given someone else the key! That is terrible and unsafe somebody could have stolen all our stuff. That is a really bad service to just give someone the keys to rooms.

BED BUGS!!! Good breakfast, horrible everything else! I must say that for the location the hotel is cheap but as soon as you enter the premises you understand why... Me and my parents went to Berlin for a weekend of sightseeing. We stayed in a 3 persons room (room 109). The only clean part of it was the bathroom (I must say really clean). The carpet in our bedroom looked like hell; dirt and stains all over it. I am not very picky and I stayed in various conditions also in Asia, but from the beginning of our stay, I regretted not sparing an extra buck for a better hotel.
