The food is exceptional and the atmosphere is fantastic; however, I fear it may now be permanently closed.

Poor service. Told its table service but then nobody serves you and you sit waiting for ages with no drinks or food.

Waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken without success. Place was empty and 4 people behind the bar chatting. Tables were not cleaned and others with plenty glasses and plates still on them not been cleaned either Ver carta

Shambolic, bar staff never knew what drinks they had to offer. When we asked what wines they had the young waiter went to the bar and returned to say red white, roseor Erdinger also for draught beer they had a choice of Coors, Coors or Coors

The staff was exceptional during the themed game night. I especially wanted to mention Meghan, who dressed as Arya; she looked just like her and was a fantastic host, making sure to take photos of everyone. I highly recommend visiting this place and trying the food. The German bratwursts are incredible!

I am still waiting for Donna to respond to my serious complaint from June 24, 2022. This situation is unacceptable. I was informed that my issue was escalated to head office and senior management because of its nature and severity. Despite multiple emails and phone calls inquiring about updates, I have not received any communication. Ver carta

Had a sledging party for my daughters birthday at snow factor and then a party in Bar Varia they were extremely helpful and friendly staff and even gave us extra time to set up the table. They situated us right next to the play area which was an awesome idea. The food was excellent and the kids had an amazing time 10/10 thanks guys :

An impromptu lunch took us to Bar Varia in Snowscape, Braehead. I had heard from friends that it was a great spot for food, beer, and German cuisine! The entrance was a bit confusing; you have to go to the upper level and enter through a door that looks like it leads to a snowboarding area. Inside, there are plenty of tables—it truly feels like Biertrinkland. We picked a table and were quickly served with another menu. You can find more details [here link].

After we managed to get a drink, we sat down for a while. The last call for orders was shouted out at 5:30 PM, and the doors closed at 5:45 PM, turning away people who had just arrived. To make matters worse, there was no food available as the kitchen had already shut down. The atmosphere was lackluster, which was disappointing given the nice view and the number of people out on the slopes. Overall, I can only give it two stars, and that's mainly for the view. Ver carta
