"We were welcomed by Cristian and his team, despite not having a booking. The service was charming and efficient. After letting Cristian know I was gluten intolerant the waiter arrived within a couple of minutes with bread for my partner and gluten free bread for me. The food was delicious, and having worked in the hospitality industry for a couple of decades, I really appreciated such professional service. Especially when the restaurant was very busy. Highly recommend this restaurant!! Grazzi Cristian!"

Cristian was our server and he was great, very attentive and he had great recommendations. By far the best food and service we’ve had in Italy! Definitely will be back. Make sure to try the sea bass!!

Uno dei miei bacari preferiti a Venezia. Si mangia e si beve bene, è veramente un locale tipico e pieno di storia. Il tipo al banco è un po' burbero dipende dalla giornata, ma anche lui fa parte dell'insieme e va benissimo così.

Had a delicious crab lunch served by the most kind friendly man called Christian . Great service and excellent food added to with the little extras eg limoncello , biscotti, etc.Such a wonderful authentic Italian experience.Thankyou so much Ver carta

Best food experience in Venice so far. Authentic, exceptional service, loads of little extra treats. Christian was our delightful waiter and I tried the sardines saor and crab entree. Inside the decor is gorgeous and desserts looked divine.

Ogni volta che passo per Venezia questa è una tappa obbligatoria. Personale gentile e cicchetti buoni al giusto prezzo. Un posto perfetto per bere un 'ombra in compagnia senza sentirsi giudicati dal personale, anche se in gruppo, come accade in altri Bacari finti chic della città.

deliziosa atmosfera nelle strade nascoste di Venezia. Se non conosci la città, prendi un gps. il ristorante fa specialità di pesce, ma ha anche ottima prima pasta e carne. il ristorante è frequentato dai locali e si trova molto vicino al ponte di rialto! ricca scelta di vini e dolci eccellenti! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, varietà ampia di cicchetti, ombrette a prezzo onesto. Cordiali i ragazzi al banco, il posto è spazioso e suggestivo, con i bambini ci siamo accomodati nella sala in fondo e abbiamo degustato due giri di cicchetti deliziosi. Sicuramente tappa obbligatoria ad ogni giro a Venezia!

At the suggestion of our hotel we went for dinner on our last night in Venice. The meal was superb! From the welcome drink of grapefruit juice with ginger ale, the bread made with fresh herbs, our meals and dessert! Our waiter, Moustafa, was delightful, the pianist added beautiful music. A must dine location in Venice!
