The casino burger at this restaurant is really good and big enough to share between two people. The staff at the quick service counter are friendly and also offer good deals.

Most awful takeaway we have ever had, ordered 3 pizzas tasted mouldy,off, fishy and like 5 garlic cloves in one mouthful. Refused a refund as the manager was busy and would not speak to myself regarding my order Would not order ever again or recommend

I ordered food on the Just Eat app, but after two hours, my food still hadn't arrived. When I called the restaurant, they told me my food was "on its way." It seems like my food got lost in another universe! If you're hungry, I suggest going somewhere else to eat. Ver carta

Called in this evening for a takeaway, all staff looked glum and looked like they had the world on the shoulders, probably due to the young blonde short haired teenager that took our order, who was obviously running the place, I know it must be stressful because the food is good but please have some manners and he a bit courteous next time

I went into the shop last night around 6 pm. I approached the front counter where there were two individuals, male and female, both rude, ignorant, and by the sound of it illiterate. No courtesy , no customer care, not even polite, they did not say a word to me, absolute silence; very strange experience ! They mumbled obscenities whilst I was placing my order ! Food OK, front counter staff need replacing or else more customers will stay away as I am !

Worst service. Was told my order wasn’t recieved from Uber to be told after re placing the order that it was and had apparently been delivered. Shocking staff with no customer service skills. Asked to speak to a manager but whoever was put on the phone openly told us he was not the manager. After giving us other customers details (against GDPR) was shouted at. So three hours later and no food. Absolutely awful. Think they need some training and urgently. Ver carta

Have ordered from here for years as they do great pizza but the customer service from our recent order was appauling. Food was pre-order online. When it was 15mins late we called to see where it was. Told it was out for delivery. A further 3 calls later after being fobbed off we are told that the food has been delivered. Staff were rude and insinuated that we had taken the delivery. Ended up having to go and collect the order myself. Met the delivery driver who just kept smirking that he had delivered the order to the correct house. Certainly will be looking for a new regular takeaway after this experience.

Atrocious from start to finish and not for the 1st time.... Gave it another go as we 've had a couple of good meals however the service is terrible. Divery to Humberston took 1 hour 45 mins and when I called and asked where it was after 1 hour 30 mins all I got was on its way no apology no customer.er service. Turned up and I had been advised 2 different prices over the phone as added £2 delivery only for that to become £3.50 at the door.... I advised the young girl of this who rang the shop and that clearly fell on deaf ears as seems the charge would have come out of her pocket therefore I felt I had no choice but to cough up. I highly recommend you find a take away more local to your house...

I ordered from Vegas Grill a while ago and was impressed by the delicious food and fast delivery service. After recently experiencing a health scare, I decided to opt for a night off cooking and ordered the mixed kebabs for my wife and myself. The chicken and shish kebabs were seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection on the clay grill, giving them a delicious flavor. The generous portions were juicy and not at all chewy or fatty. The salads were fresh and included a variety of grilled vegetables like mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The pita bread was also well-cooked.
