Exalent place for a cuppa nice friendly ladys alway do there best for the customers

We had lunch here today (6 of us and a baby) and the waitress was so friendly and all of our meals were delicious. Highly recommended and we will pop in next time we are in Troon. 5 from us!

something expensive, but where is not in these days so it comes to service, I asked for my Takeaway-Scoone on both sides to butter and jam, so I sit in the car with hot drinks, opened the poke to a full uncut scoon, a butter part, a jam and no cutlery.

really disappointed, as many recommended their vegan options, but we were recommended they have no available. they offered to make us a tomato paper, but I found the dame that served us was not very friendly and lacking good customer service so decided to spend our money somewhere else

we just went in for a quick coffee while I waited for my shoes to be repaired. great coffee and a very friendly front of the house team. had nothing to eat since we had an hour before a hearty breakfast in our hotel, but the offer looked great. try the place, they will not be disappointed.

A lovely warm welcome from the team on arrival. We always like to choose an independent place to stop at where possible We ordered Cullen Skink soup and a bowl of chilli chicken with wedges. Plus hot drinks. Our server explained what the ingredients were in the food which was good The food was very tasty and piping hot It's always good to try some of the local cuisine when you can and the soup was delicious Definitely a nice place to stop for lunch

Take away service awful. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 soups and sandwiches. Staff Then proceed to put sandwiches in a used farmfoods bag? Would not want my food at the best of times being put in a used carrier bag never mind with the COVID era. Took the sandwiches out of the bag and told them to keep the bag. Would have asked for a refund and left the lot if I had not been waiting so long and my daughter had a headache and was waiting for me to return to the car with food. Soups were mediocre and bread was bland

nothing wrong with the food and the personal that concerns the main problem was the lack of consistency that opened days and hours, and I think this helped to close this business. hopefully under new property, this business can finally be a success. but I won't be easy that the owner who gave up the business tried hard to follow, but sad to no devastating. Nevertheless, it is incorrectly stated on the website, this caffe is open when it has been closed for 3 weeks and is still closed. it is important that the customers do not waste travel to make a caffe that is closed. this is the case that I communicated to Google's business is temporarily closed.

first I would like to say that the woman sits and served us was beautiful and very apologetic over short staff (after our order.) that is, we sat about 15 minutes before an order was removed, then we had to wait another 40 minutes until our orders arrive. in which time we had asked for our drinks and had not received them yet. I had the chickens, and although it looked nice, it was quite blanching. Maybe just a free day? other members of the party had a panini and a toastia I wish I had also had how they looked great. If it hadn't been for my 2 year old son who needed lunch, we would probably have left because of the waiting period. I am sure that this place has its loyal masters etc., but w...
