This restaurant was a wonderful little neighborhood place at Stepney GreenIt was Tuesday night and they had 4.95 pound pasta specials too.

First time I have eaten here and I was delighted with the surroundings the service........and the food was superb......it's all prepared and cooked on the premises.....I will be going again soon.

Been in a couple of times and have to say I love it each time. The staff and owners are lovely, the food is great and reasonably priced and its a beautiful space. Real hidden gem in the area, will be back again soon. Ver carta

Took my mother for an evening meal. According to her the following are excellent (I agree): ambience, furniture, service, food, wine, choice of background music, the peace, folded toilet paper, proximity to her house!

Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant. I devoured the delicious and freshly cooked pasta with potatoes on the side followed by a scrumptious yet light dessert tart. The waiters were very attentive and polite. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend to anyone interested in an authentic Italian dining exeperience!!

My friend and I decided to visit Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park on a Friday night to attend the Lift Festival Depart - an interactive circus performance that takes place in the underworld. Not knowing what to expect, we decided to play it safe and have a good meal first. We ended up dining at Verdi, an Italian restaurant nearby. Stepney may not be overflowing with restaurants, but Verdi's is a standout option that would be a welcomed addition to any neighborhood. The cuisine is regional Italian, featuring a relatively small menu of creatively prepared dishes that are excellently executed. During a recent visit, the bratwurst with candy, pappardelle with lamb ragu, chicken in sage and white wine sauce, and fritto misto all impressed, alongside their tasty pizzas. The atmosphere is casually inviting, with soft jazz playing in the background and friendly service to top it off. Verdi's is definitely worth a visit.

I am not familiar with East London, but Verdi was definitely worth the trip. We were impressed by their diverse menu offerings. I ordered the grilled seafood in a tomato sauce, which was the freshest and biggest portion of fish I have ever tasted. For starters, I tried the tagliatelle bolognese which was perfectly portioned and delicious. My friends enjoyed the scallops with saffron and calamari with fried courgettes as starters. For mains, they had the special filet steak with mushroom sauce, seabass, and bratkartoffels as a side dish. among a large number of fried chicken restaurants, almost food joints and numerous bangladeshi restaurants is a rustic Italian restaurant with an excellent environment. on Wednesday afternoon for lunch I was amazed to see a style similar to that of a first class restaurant. the restaurant was relatiw full for a Wednesday afternoon in mile ende. the menu consisted of a few dressed in different categories that you would see in any Italian restaurants, but with a higher complication. the waiter came to explain the daily specialties that burrata with black truffles shave up and spaghetti with truffle both for reasonable prices. my friend ordered a margherita pizza that arrived with basilikum and...
