Staff went above and beyond to facilitate our Gluten free needs. Fantastic service. I would certainly return to sample the gluten free options.

Welcoming to all things human and canine. The staff even brought a bowl of water to our table (for the dog Otis). Dog treats also on hand. I can recommend the bacon butties and poached eggs

We went as a group of friends, organised by our Erdington Walking Group leader. We had all preordered our food but I forgot to say no gravy on mine. All my fault. However no hassle. Another dinner arrived without fuss. Thank you Ver carta

Food quality very poor and portions extremely small. Have to say it did make me feel quite sick the carbonara specifically. Service wasn’t very good, servers regularly leaning across you go serve food when they could have easily come around to the other side of the table. Customer service and basic manners in dyer need of improvement.

Many visits over the years this Food outlet has been open Never had a bad meal the atmosphere is excellent the food again smashed it management excellent but I have to make special mention for the Gent as front of office etc Shanie) I think his is name was excellent and works the floor really well and takes time to make you feel special which is an art and he has it in buckets

My next door neighbour and I visit Verdo almost every week so it’s about time I write a review. The restaurant is an asset to the area and is a always pleasure to visit. We tend to eat on Tuesday nights which is ‘Tapas Night’. The food is always good and the service is constantly first class. I feel I have to make a mention of Rebecca for whom nothing is too much trouble and who is consistently a first class ‘ambassador’ for the Loungers Group. Ver carta

They welcome dogs which is a big bonus Unfortunately we went at busy time...we were shown to a table and told hope you won 't be long as table reserved for someone else 3 hours after us another couple sat next to us when we were getting ready to leave...not told /advised of reservation I ordered Goan lamb curry ..it was a struggle to find any lanb...lots of tomato puree no curry at all so if you like genuine curry this is not the dish for you Manager had a little attitude overall I will not be going back

For some reason, Verdo was exceptionally busy tonight and we had to make do with two low sofas and small table as all other the tables were taken. However, even though we hadn’t asked, Ryan came up to us and offered us a standard table which had just become available which was very thoughtful of him. The food and drinks we ordered were of the usual high Loungers standard and the Tuesday Tapas Night is a bargain. I feel I have to mention Ryan again. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard or move so quickly; he was drying cutlery in between serving food and welcoming customers etc. In addition, he appeared to have the ability to motivate other staff when they were under pressure. The food was decent enough and the service was friendly and helpful. However the low angle of the sun coming through the windows, which do not have blinds fitted, and reflected from various mirrors on the walls, meant that it was difficult to find a seat in which I was not blinded by sunlight during my morning visit, which made it difficult to concentrate on the meal I was eating. Also the strong sunbeams had the effect of revealing that the air inside the restaurant was positively heaving with dust swirling about, which of course everyone was breathing in. The sagging upholstery on the chairs and couches made it difficult to sit comfortably and some of the furniture had a faint musty smell... Ver carta
