Villa 600 - Carta

We really enjoyed the landscape and serenity of this place. We came early to sit under a pavilion with a glass of wine. After sitting we continue to enjoy the view of the garden.

We were very lucky with the weather : we could eat outside in the sun! The polentina starter) with mushrooms was delicious. My main dish : mixed fried squid was excellent! The beer from trieste very good . Thanks for a very pleasant moment!

every time we come to venice that is 2 or 3 times a year, we plan a trip to to torcello and a lunch in the villa 600. it is always a pleasure to enjoy the fine dishes and beautiful wines of this relaxing place. pierre, the waiter, always takes care of its guests and compared to the 2 other restaurants on the island, villa 600 has the best quality / price ratio.

this is a beautiful place; with a beautiful garden, and very well located. service was excellent and I had some of the best leber for some time. a few of the pasta dishes were (I say) less impressive. wein was delicious. this is a very good alternative to the local cipriani, almost opposite. both are very good. cipriani is more formal but also very good. torcello is blessed to have both these excellent restaurants.

pier has made everything perfect and wonderful. all my family sister, man, note) were very satisfied with my sister. but not only the perfect lunch made the day a wonderful pier and its waitress made it just perfect. the villa 600 is the best place where you can either relax and drink or have such a perfect menu. many thanks pier for everything and for their business and friendship. The absolute antithesis of the hectic of Venice, Villa 600, on the dreamy, remote island of Torcello, just a 90-minute ferry ride from P. San Marco. Sometimes, very rare, everything works like a charm and experience in Villa 600 was a spectacular example; the food, fresh from the lagoon, was delicious, the wine, unique and perfect with the fish and seafood dishes, dessert, grape, espresso, everything as expected. The service was attentive and explained the nuances of a very fine kitchen. One disadvantage: not enough time to get back on the following day for another amazing meal.

We wrote a very negative review of this restaurant about three years ago, the last time we visited Torcello. The service was incredibly slow and perfunctory then, with some of the staff downright rude. Our visit this time, May, 2022, was a totally different experience. We decided to give the ristorante another try because of its exquisite location. This time we were very warmly welcomed, the service was quick and extremely polite, and our drinks and cicchetti were perfect. We liked it so much we went at the beginning and at the end of our day trip to Torcello. Based on our experience this year, we would hardly recommend this delightful bar and restaurant to any Torcello visitors! Ver carta
